1. Vendor has the exclusive privilege to occupy booth space as they have selected; a high top cocktail table 3 foot area, or, a 7 foot full space. The booth space will be furnished with a table cloth and two chairs. Booth spaces are only guaranteed when contract and payment are received.
2. Vendor agrees to exhibit only the following service(s) _____________________________ . Booth sharing/splitting is only allowed with specific prior approval. Without approval vendor will be subject to a $1,000 fee.
3. Vendor(s) participate in the show at their own risk and can not hold show producers liable for damages, cost, losses, bad weather, natural disasters, and/or expenses resulting from any incident directly related with the show. Vendor(s) must also carry their own business liability insurance.
4. If the event must be postponed or moved for any reason, the monies paid will be applied to the rescheduled date. If the event is cancelled, all deposits will be refunded.
5. Any Vendor who is distributing food samples within their booth needs to follow food safety guidelines. We also ask that all food vendors provide proof of Liability Insurance to the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge.
6. The entire booth rental fee is due with this contract to reserve space. Vendor will be contacted prior to the event date with additional details, set-up time, vendor parking area, and so forth.
All Vendors Further Agree to the Following:
Represent and display their business and/or products and services only. Leave their vendor booth as clean as possible as it was before set-up.
Vendor will not hold Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park, USA Weddings (Capital District Wedding Association), or Total Entertainment ( Adirondack Wedding Association), liable for any theft, damage, and/or loss.
Signs and banners are not allowed in the general Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park public areas. Nothing shall be posted, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, or other parts of the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park building or furniture.
With the exception of name tags to be worn on the clothing of vendors, invitee’s or guests; distribution of gummed stickers or labels is strictly prohibited.
In regard to all vendors display space(s), all signs must be professionally printed. Placement and posting must be expressly approved in writing by the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park’s Sales and Service Department. All displays and/or decorations proposed by any vendor will be subject to the review and express written permission of Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park.
If vendors desire to hang or adhere posters, banners, flip chart paper or other material in function rooms or suites, or in public space, the vendor must notify its assigned event service manager in advance. That manager will assist vendor with the request in order to avoid damages to room walls, etc. Any damage to Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park as a result of not having prior approval will be billed to the vendor.
Any personal property brought in by vendors, invitee’s or guests onto Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park premises and left thereon, either prior to or following the function, will be at the sole risk of the individual or group. Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park, USA Weddings ( Capital District Wedding Association), or Total Entertainment
( Adirondack Wedding Association), will not be liable for any loss or damage for any reason.
Vendors acknowledge that Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and Indoor Water Park does not maintain insurance covering vendors’ property, and that it is the sole responsibility of the vendors to obtain business interruption, property damage and other potentially applicable insurance covering such losses.
Vendor agrees to have all employees or representatives follow these rules and guidelines.
Booth pricing is as follows
____ $ 295 per booth space ( includes a table and chairs ) approximately 7 foot booth space
____ $ 200 For a high top cocktail table and 3 foot mini-booth space ( limit number available )
